Interview with TCU Edge Rusher Ben Banogu

TCU Edge Rusher Ben Banogu took time out of his preparation for the 2019 NFL Draft to talk with Connor Livesay.

When Sports Talk Line's NFL Draft expert Spinksy first wrote about this prospect he had this to say:

"You will never hear anyone say that Banogu lacks effort. He is all heart. This kid plays football as his life depends on it." - Spinksy

That is a great start to a conversation about any player you are considering drafting to be a future building block of your team. An intelligent, thoughtful guy, Connor Livesay allows us to get some keen insight into what makes Ben ... well .. Ben!

"For people that didn't think I could do that, those two drills show what type of athlete I can be" – Edge Ben Banogu on 40 yard and 3 cone drill times

Connor and Ben make the trek from the NFL Combine to his upcoming pro day and (of course) his thoughts on where and how he will fit into the NFL after the quickly approaching NFL Draft.

"A day one leader, a tone setter, a guy that is willing to do just about anything to win." - Ben Banogu on what an NFL team will get when they take him in the NFL Draft.

Livesay keeps it real, puts things in perspective and gives you an “up close” picture of a “top NFL Draft Prospect” for 2019.
