Meet Chase Hunters Brother Dillon And Jaden

The NCAA basketball player grew up with his athletic brothers Dillion and Jaden.

Before transferring to Western Kentucky, Jaden was a freshman linebacker on the Georgia football team. He spent two years as a linebacker at his parents’ alma mater.

He earned the 2016 Georgia Sports Writers Association All-State Class 7A Second Team Defense and Touchdown Club of Atlanta Metro Atlanta All-Star Team.

Jaden appeared in all 13 games for the Hilltoppers as a linebacker in 2019.

Dillion was a top 2022 basketball prospect with an offer from Clemson. Like his brother Chase Hunter, he started his basketball journey at Westlake High School.

He was rated a four-star prospect and was ranked No. 64 in the ESPN 100.

Moreover, he chose Clemson over Baylor, Auburn, Florida State, Kentucky, Georgia, and Georgia Tech.

Dillion’s coach Brownell said,

He has excellent vision and a feel for the game, which makes him an outstanding passer and facilitator who complements our other freshmen very well. This rounds out an excellent freshmen class for our program.

The Athletic Parents Of Chase Hunter

Chase Hunter comes from a very athletic family. His parents, Brice Hunter and Brandi Hunter, were former Georgia Bulldogs.

Brandi was a basketball player from 1993-97, and Brice played college football in Georgia. Sadly, Brice was killed outside of his Chicago apartment in 2004.

Miami Dolphins selected Brice in the seventh round of the 1996 NFL Draft with the 251st overall pick.

Brice and Randall Godfrey had an inseparable bond and wanted their sons to stick together.

RJ played AAU basketball with Dillon as a kid and looked up to Chase growing up, following in his footsteps with the Atlanta Xpress.

After the sudden passing of Brice, Brandi married Ryan Lewis, who coached AAU basketball in 2017.

Brandi is one of the most incredible supporters of his son Chase Hunter and says,

“I feel very proud. I’ve watched him handle adversity and push through it and so it’s a very good feeling to see him relishing in the space that he rightfully should be in.”

Not only has Brandi experienced hardships off the court, but she is also familiar with the game’s highs and lows.

She occasionally saw Chase down and discouraged as he battled injuries and was dissatisfied with his performance, but she never stopped supporting him and telling him to “stay the course” and “stay ten toes down.”

Chase’s mother, Brandi, spent 18 years in the real estate industry and is a successful real estate agent for Compass.
