O.J. Simpson could soon reduce his debts if someone stepped up to buy some of his most unusual and risqué possessions.
When O.J. Simpson was acquitted in the 1994 murders of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman in 1997, he was found liable for their wrongful deaths in a civil court.
As a result, he was ordered to pay $33.5 million in damages to the victims’ families.
Highlights
- When O.J. was released from prison in 2017, he held on to his Penthouse magazines, even though he now had free access to porn on his phone and computer.
- His lawyer unveiled that O.J.’s Magnum condoms might be put up for auction soon to clear off the debt.
- The court records from 2015 show the Goldmans had only received about $132,000 of the $33.5 million they were awarded.
He had only paid part of that debt before he passed away. This left Fred Goldman, Ron Goldman’s father, and his attorney seeking to collect the rest of the judgment from O.J.’s estate.
Now that former Buffalo Bills player’s p*rn possessions are for auction, it can be a genuine debt clearance thing out there.
Malcolm LaVergne, O.J.’s lawyer and the executor of his estate, revealed that the former football star’s collection of adult magazines from his time in Nevada state prison is now available for sale.
It turns out that during his prison stint, O.J. and his fellow inmates had access to magazines like Penthouse, and he ended up amassing quite a collection.
The Lawyer Reveals That O.J. Simpson’s Magnum Condoms Could Be Sold at Auction
Malcolm shared that O.J. Simpson was a big fan of porn, both watching and reading it, even while he was in prison.
How he got his hands on a stash of magazines while serving time for his 2008 memorabilia theft case isn’t clear, but it’s not unusual for inmates to find ways to access that content.

After O.J. got out of prison in 2017, he kept his Penthouse magazines since he now had access to free porn on his phone and computer.
What’s more, Malcolm mentioned that O.J.’s Magnum condoms might be put up for auction.
Malcolm plans to hold the auction in early 2025, but nothing is finalized yet.
Well, O.J.’s lawyer has been trying to raise over $269,000 by selling one of O.J.’s homes, but that’s just a small portion of the total debt creditors are trying to collect.
The Goldmans And Their Lawyers Still Can’t Access O.J. Simpson’s NFL Pension or Trust
The Goldmans have always said that their pursuit of O.J. Simpson was never about the money but about holding him accountable, especially since he often seemed to show little remorse.
One example of this was his 2007 book, If I Did It, which he called a “fictional memoir” but detailed how he might have committed the murders.
Despite Fred Goldman’s relentless efforts to make Simpson face the consequences, court records from 2015 show the Goldmans had only received about $132,000 of the $33.5 million they were awarded.

To this day, the Goldmans and their lawyers still can’t get access to Simpson’s NFL pension or trust.
According to the Goldmans’ lawyer, David J. Cook, the interest built up on the civil judgment means that the estate now owes the Goldmans more than $100 million.
If the O.J. Simpson estate doesn’t have enough funds to pay the judgment fully, the Goldmans and Browns may receive nothing—or only a small portion of what they are owed.
The debt O.J. Simpson owed for the civil judgment is likely still valid as long as the Goldmans took the proper steps to keep it enforceable.
While Simpson may have tried everything he could to avoid paying the judgment while alive, his estate will unlikely get the same chance to escape it.
