Later, Stark reported that Xavier had movement in his limbs. He was placed on a backboard, loaded onto a cart, brought off the field, and taken to a nearby hospital.
He was appearing in his 17th career game after being inserted into the game after Alijah Vera-Tucker went down with an ankle injury in the first half.
