Los Angeles Rams Coaching Changes 2022 Season

liam coen: offensive Coordinator

Coen used to be a position coach with the Rams, then left to Kentucky where he helped the Wildcats offense from the 115th to 45th in the league.

Greg Olson: offensive staff

The Raiders' OC used to be the QB coach with the Rams in Goff's 2017 breakout season. While he failed as a playcaller with the Raiders, his offensive mind is respected in the league.

Thomas Brown: Internal Promotion

Brown was the running backs coach with the Rams in 2021, but they want him to help design and execute the passing attack this year.

Raheem Morris: Possible HC Exit

The Ram's Defensive Coordinator had an outstanding season in 2021 and will be one of the top head coaching candidates in the 2022 cycle.

Raheem Morris: Possible HC Exit

He was head coach of the Bucs in 2009-2011 where he ended 17-31, but has taken huge strides since then and is expected to leave sooner rather than later.

Chris Beake: Linebackers Coach

Beake was the defensive passing game coordinator for the Broncos last season under Vic Fangio, which indicates that McVay plans to continue his adaption of the Fangio scheme in Los Angeles
