Car Carson Wentz traded to Washington Commanders

Carson Wentz traded to Washington for: -a 2022 3rd-round pick  -2023 3rd-rounder that can convert to a 2nd-rounder based on incentives. -a swap of 2022 2nd-round draft picks. The Colts now hold the No. 42 overall pick, while the Commanders have pick no. 47.

Wentz is looking for redemption after cratering at the end of the season, losing to the Jacksonville Jaguars and missing the post-season with a stacked Colts team around him.

Terry McLaurin and Logan Thomas will be the receiving options for Wentz, who will be competing with Taylor Heinicke for a starting roster spot.

Wentz will be looking for redemption at Washington after falling out with Frank Reich. Washington is where QBs go to die, so he will have to fight hard to revive his career.
