Arch Manning, nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning and grandson of Archie Manning, Committed to Texas today through Twitter. 

Manning has played 3 years on the Varsity squad, racking up 5731 yards, 72 TDs and just 18 INTs at Newman Highschool in New Orleans. 

Manning joins head Texas football coach Steve Sarkisian's program after a disappointing 5-7 first season. 

Manning received a "perfect" recruiting score of 1.000, joining fellow Texas alum QB Vince Young and current Texas QB Quinn Ewers.

Texas is set to join the SEC in 2025, giving the young Arch a chance to transform the struggling Texas program on the biggest stage. 

Texas has already recruited his high school tight end Will Randle, and look set to recruit well in the backfield, eyeing 5 star WR Johntay Cook II and 4 star RB Cedric Baxter JR.
