University of Oregon coach Dan Lanning shares a blissful marital life with his wife, Sauphia Lanning. The couple has been married since 2009.
The married duo first met in 2005 and they have been together since then. In addition, the Lanning couple is also proud parents of three sons, Caden, Kniles, and Titan.

Sauphia Lanning was born in 1987 in Kansas City, Missouri to her parents, whose names and identities are unknown. She is reportedly of Caucasian ethnicity.
According to her LinkedIn profile, she completed her formal education at North Kansas City High School.
Mrs. Lanning earned her bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Northwest Missouri State University in 2009.
While attending college, the Kansas City native also worked with KNWT TV, the student-run TV station at the institution, and local magazines. Between 2007 and 2009, she was also a resident assistant.
Moreover, her LinkedIn profile also revealed that Sauphia has been working as a marketing coordinator at H&R Block since 2014.
Before that, she worked as an associate teacher at Park Hill School District from August 2009 to September 2010.

Sauphia Lanning Overcame A Rare And Aggressive Type Of Bone Cancer
In 2016, the Lanning family got the devastating news that no one ever wants to hear.
Sauphia was diagnosed with cancer. The fact that it was osteosarcoma, an uncommon and dangerous type of bone cancer, was worse.
But in 2017, the wife of the college football coach heroically battled and defeated the illness. According to reports, she last had therapy in 2017.
Sports Illustrated reported that Dan opened up about the harrowing cancer journey and inspiring recovery story of his wife.
The football coach, who even put aside his career to take care of his better half, praised her, saying she had been a fighter from day one.
Sauphia, on the other hand, said she was really sick, really skinny, and had a bald head, but Dan never looked at her any differently.
She also recalled how Dan would push her around the hospital in a wheelchair and sing to her.
The Lanning Couple Got Married In 2009
Dan and Sauphia tied the knot on 17 October 2009 in Richmond, Missouri. As reported by People, the day before their wedding, the smitten pair went to watch a school football game instead of holding a rehearsal dinner.
The married duo celebrated their 15th marriage anniversary. Dan shared a photo along with Sauphia and wrote, “Happy Anniversary to my beautiful wife. 15 years and counting.”
Moreover, the couple has welcomed three children – Caden, Kniles, and Titan Lanning. The Lanning brothers are often featured on their parents’ Instagram feeds.
