Troy Aikman’s girlfriend, Haley Clark, was fired and temporarily banned from her previous job at Nordstrom.
For most of the 2024 season, it appeared to be a foregone conclusion that the Dallas Cowboys would have a new head coach in 2024.
Highlights
- Troy Aikman’s girlfriend, Haley Clark, was accused of stealing $3,924 of products from Trunk Club, a Nordstrom-owned company in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
- Before dating Clark, Troy was married to Rhonda Worthey and Catherina “Capa” Mooty.
- He had two daughters, Alexa and Jordan, with his first wife, Rhonda.
However, according to the franchise’s Hall of Fame quarterback, Troy Aikman, that may not be the case.
Aikman, who guided the Cowboys to three Super Bowl wins in the 1990s, said before Monday night’s game against the Bengals that he expects Mike McCarthy to remain the team’s head coach in 2025.
Through The Athletic, Aikman said,
Aikman’s comments about the Cowboys players align with what Dak Prescott recently said about McCarthy, who had led Dallas to three consecutive 12-win seasons before this season.
Troy knows a good coach when he sees one. His first two Super Bowls were won with Jimmy Johnson, who led the Cowboys to the mountaintop just three years after Dallas went 1-15.
He feels that McCarthy is part of a similar group and should continue to be Dallas’ head coach.

Former American professional football quarterback Troy Aikman and his girlfriend Haley Clark made their relationship public in June 2023.

According to the New York Post, their connection reportedly began shortly after Aikman’s separation from his ex-wife, Catherine “Capa” Mooty.
They prefer to keep their relationship out of the limelight, barely sharing photos on social media. Furthermore, they don’t seem to make many public appearances.
Clark, 36, was accused of stealing $3,924 in products through improper use of her employee discount while she worked as the sales at Trunk Club, a Nordstrom-owned company in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area in October 2017.

The company also accused Clark of using another employee’s Nordstrom Notes, their store reward program, to make purchases.
Follwing the incident, she was fired and banned from her job at Nordstrom.
She also signed an “adult criminal trespass warning,” acknowledging that she “understood unlawful activities,” which resulted in a two-year ban from all Nordstrom properties.
Clark then filed a lawsuit against the department store in 2018, claiming the allegations against her were fake.
However, the case was settled through arbitration in 2019.
Clark’s attorney, Matthew Browne, said that neither Clark nor her former employer can disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration without the prior written consent of all parties.
According to Clark’s LinkedIn profile, she has been the Senior Director of Sales at Q Clothier, a luxury men’s clothing store in Dallas, since January 2022.
She spent roughly a year and a half working at Surf Air earlier. Additionally, she has experience as a buyer and a stylist.

For a decade, they portrayed the image of a perfect family, often seen at events and charity functions.
