As reported by TMZ, the footage obtained from the alleged incident reportedly shows Marsha Kearney, wearing a personalized “Momma-Rice” No. 4 jersey.
She was seen walking by the doorway and looking into the camera before heading down the hall. She came back and slid a package with her foot, probably in an attempt to move it out of frame.
According to Kearney’s neighbor, who reported the incident to the police, the package contained two limited-edition Chappell Roan vinyl records from Urban Outfitters.
Before reaching out to the police, the neighbor revealed that she tried to resolve the issue with the athlete’s mother in hopes of getting the limited items back. But they had no luck.
Marsha Kearney Was Arrested And Released This March
As mentioned, the Kansas City Chiefs star’s mother has a long list of theft accusations.
In addition, Marsha Kearney was reportedly arrested in the spring. In the past case, she was accused of stealing a bunch of household items from a man on 27 March.
Following the report, the NFL star’s mom was hit with one misdemeanor count of theft of property greater than or equal to $100, but less than $750.
The court documents allegedly show she stole 40 items, including laundry products, food, merchandise, and socks.

Moreover, Kearney even stood before a judge in this matter. However,, the case was ultimately dismissed on 4 June after she completed some unspecified conditions.
As for her current case, it is unknown if she will face further charges over the alleged theft at an apartment complex in Texas.
While police are looking into the matter, neither the football player nor his mother have made any comments publicly.

She later attended a community college in Philadelphia. Marsha formerly worked as a resident assistant at Resident Advisor, a media and news company.
