Interview with ODU Edge Oshane Ximines

Old Dominion University Edge Oshane Ximines took time out of his preparation for the 2019 NFL Draft to talk with Connor Livesay.

Oshane Ximines official PFTL NFL Draft Profile opens like this:

"Oshane Ximines is a master technician playing on the outside edge." - Connor Livesay

Well, there ya' go. But there is always more to the man that what you see on the football field and Connor has a conversation with Oshane about more than what you see between the white lines after the whistle blows.

Fear not! There is plenty of football talk as well detailing how Oshane gets things done using his mental discipline and will power no matter the situation or the matchup. Take his reputation for being a strong run defender despite his smaller stature for a "classic" edge setter.

"When I  stepped foot on the ODU campus the first thing my position coach taught me was stopping the run. Cause if you don't stop the run you can't rush the passer." – Edge Oshane Ximines

Ximinies plays with great tenacity when rushing the passer, and plays with a motor that never runs out of gas.  This is the kind of guy you want in your locker room and on the field late in the 4th when almost everyone is out of petrol.

After the interview, catch up on his official NFL Draft player profile.

Livesay keeps it real, puts things in perspective and gives you an “up close” picture of a “top NFL Draft Prospect” for 2019.
