Ezekiel Elliott (Cowboys)

Zeke is the top back in fantasy on the condition that he will not face a suspension from the league because of an offseason "incident" in Las Vegas. Last season he racked up over 2,000 total yards and 9 TDs. That is what you need to focus on in regards to the Ezekiel Elliott 2019 Fantasy Outlook. If he plays all 16 this season, that's even more production and a potential nightmare for whoever your fantasy opponent is each week.
The best offensive line in football is back now that All-Pro center Travis Frederick has been cleared after dealing with an autoimmune disease that derailed his 2018 season. The Cowboys also drafted Conner McGovern in the 3rd round, and last year's 2nd round pick Connor Williams is a former All- American who should only get better in year two.
The Cowboys finally decided to use Zeke as a receiver out of the backfield as a receiver, and he responded with 77 receptions for 657 yards and 3 TDs. With Amari Cooper getting a full off-season to work in the offense and Dak Prescott entering his 4th year(with contract talks pending), the arrow is definitely pointing up.
Zeke will be the number one running back off the board in most fantasy football leagues if he doesn't get suspended. The Cowboys are bringing back Jason Witten, a healthy Travis Frederick and also gaining an influx of talent in guards Connor Williams and Connor McGovern. The offense will be better and a healthy Zeke should put up more than his 2,000 yards and a big progression in TDs is in the cards also.
However, talk of a suspension changes everything. If he plays a full season, Zeke's as solid as they come.
