Interview with Boise State RB Alexander Mattison

Boise State RB Alexander Mattison took time out of his preparation for the 2019 NFL Draft to talk with Connor Livesay.

When Sports Talk Line's NFL Draft expert Spinksy first wrote about this prospect he had this to say:

"... this kid can play football. He can also run good routes and catch with solid hands." - Spinksy

Sounds like what you want to hear about a guy who totes the rock for a living. But there is always so much more to a guy than just stats. Lucky for us Connor Livesay is here to help us take a deeper look.

"It felt amazing ... the offensive line ... to put that on tape ... to finish out that way with those guys, it felt amazing. " – RB Alexander Mattison

Connor and Alexander jump right into his Boise State career, winning the rushing title and having such a dominant year as an all-around running back. But of course, this time is all about the young mans giant job interview for his future NFL gig that he is in the midst of and Connor gets some keen insight into the process and where Alexander is at this point in time.

"Versatility is something that defines me." - Alexander Mattison on what type of player he is.

Livesay keeps it real, puts things in perspective and gives you an “up close” picture of a “top NFL Draft Prospect” for 2019.
