Murray was drafted 9th overall by the Oakland Athletic in the 2018 MLB Draft but has decided to go pro in the National Football League. Murray had a fantastic junior year at the University of Oklahoma, that led him to winning the Heisman. Murray threw for 4,361 yards, 42 touchdowns, and just 7 interceptions in 2018. His excellent junior year led him making one of the toughest decisions of his young career. Murray is entering the draft in a down year for quarterbacks and has a shot to be one of, if not the first quarterback taken in the 2019 NFL Draft.
