Sophia Tray is a 5-foot-8 junior guard for the Hurricanes, averaging 14.6 points per game (ppg) and 7.2 rebounds per game (rpg).
She scored 17 points in the AACA Tournament championship final, which Villa Maria won 47-42, and scored 30 points in a win against Harriton earlier this season.
In addition to being a multi-sport athlete, Tray is committed to Loyola University for lacrosse.
Off the court, she is involved in various school clubs, including the Quill and Scroll Honor Society, and Student Advisory Board.

Further, she is the Student Council Vice President for the Class of 2026 and a member of the Newspaper Club and Broadcasting Club.
When asked about her favorite memory of the AACA Tournament championship final, Tray recalls taking a big lead in the fourth quarter and celebrating with her teammates.
During the same interview, when asked who she admires the most and why, Sophia mentioned her mother. She said:
I admire my mother, as she is my biggest role model. I always look up to her for advice, and she continues to inspire me to the best person I can be each day.
