Patti Danforth, known for her leadership of the accomplished boys’ and girls’ tennis teams at Missoula Loyola, passed away on 24 February.
Her son, Quinn Woodcock, shared the news on Facebook, explaining that his mother had been struggling with health issues for the past couple of years.

At 68, the Montana Coaches Association recognized Danforth as the Class B-C boys’ tennis coach of the year.
Under her guidance, the Rams won their fourth consecutive team title, with victories in both singles and doubles.
