Who Will Survive Premier League Relegation Fight

Who Will Survive Premier League Relegation Fight

We all know that Liverpool FC has been crowned the Premier League Champions after 30 years but what we do not know is who will survive the fight for the Premier League Relegation. At this moment there are 7 more games to play and anything can happen.

The fact is that LFC is #1 and Norwich City is #20 these are the facts and it's very unlikely that Norwich will not be the last team in 2019/20 Premier League season.

That being said there are two more teams that will join Norwich City in the relegation zone and the question remains who will those two teams be?

Premier League Relegation Standings

As of today, June 27th Bournemouth (18th) and Aston Villa (19th) are in the relegation zone with equal amount of points 27. West Ham (17th) also has 27 points but with better goal difference is just out of the relegation. Watford (16th) has 28 points which is not enough for them to secure their place in Premier League for next season. Brighton (15th) with 33 points is in more secure place but with 7 games to go it's only 2 wins for any other team ranked 16-19 to top Brighton.

Premier League Relegation Table as of June 27th

Although at the best position at the moment, Brighton, has arguable the toughest schedule from all the teams fighting to stay in Premier League for the next season. Brighton has 7 more games to play and - Man United, Liverpool, and Manchester City to face.

Watford has arguably the easiest schedule with Chelsea, Man City and Arsenal games that will decide Watford's future. Securing any points in these 3 games will be a massive survival boost for Watford. Watford also plays Norwich City and West Ham two important rivals that they need to get points if they want to secure Premier League football for next season.

West Ham is going to face Chelsea on Wednesday, July 1st and if the Hammers want to stay in EPL for next season they will have to secure points against - Aston Villa, Watford, and Norwich in the remaining games of the season.

Bournemouth's schedule is also very intense and sitting in the relegation zone already gives them a slim chance to secure Premier League football next season. Bournemouth has yet to face - Man City, Tottenham, Man United, Leicester, and Carlo Ancelloti's Everton.

Aston Villa (19) has tough days to come after they suffered a loss to Wolves earlier today. It's unlikely they will get a confidence booster in their next game vs Liverpool or the following game vs Man United. They could possibly snatch points vs Crystal Palace, Everton, or out of form Arsenal and if their relegation rivals are still rivals getting a W vs West Ham as the last game of the season can decide whether Aston Villa will resume it's residency in Premier League or will be an occasional visitor.

Premier League Relegation Prediction

Looking at the games to come and the current table it would take a miracle for Norwich (20) to secure Premier League football for the next season.

Looking at the teams the other relegation threatened teams need to face I would argue that Aston Villa and Bournemouth because of both teams really tough schedules.

Let me know who do you think will survive The Premier Leaguer Relegation fight and why?
