Matisse Thybulle, the son of Greg and Dr. Elizabeth Thybulle was born on March 4, 1997, in Scottsdale, Arizona. His parents are American and Australian nationals.

Greg and Elizabeth moved to Sydney, Australia, and settled there for seven years, where he attended the North Sydney Demonstration School.
His parents taught him to fight and never allow anything to stop him from achieving things he wanted. Moreover, the supportive parents often attend his game and record his actions on camera.
Greg is a Haitian-born engineer, and Elizabeth was a naturopath. Sadly, she was diagnosed with leukemia, and chemotherapies weakened her immune system.
