Highlights
- While driving at 119 mph Rashee Rice caused a six-car crash on a Dallas highway earlier this year.
- Rice, along with SMU wide receiver Teddy Knox, reportedly made aggressive maneuvers through traffic before the collision and both fled the scene without checking on the injured.
- The wide receiver faced multiple charges, including aggravated a-sau-lt, and turned himself into the police.
Lately, Rice has been the talk of the town among Kansas City Chiefs fans.
It all started with a mysterious social media post that he shared, sparking a whirlwind of speculation and conspiracy theories.
In his mysterious Instagram story, he shared a picture with his teammates and simply said, “Faith over fear.”
Some fans thought he might be hinting at some big news, while others speculated it could be about his future with the team.
Well, Rice is the Chiefs’ top wide receiver, so his injury is a big loss for the team.
He began the season as the main receiver after a great rookie year. Sadly, he got injured in Week 4 against the LA Chargers, suffering a rare PLC injury.
This injury is less common than ACL or MCL tears but has a similar recovery time.
After surgery, Rice was ruled out for the season. His coach mentioned his return would be like recovering from an ACL injury.
Fans are now hoping for an early return after Rice posted a picture with teammates on social media.
