Sirianni’s men destroyed the Kansas City Chiefs in a 40-22 game that was much more unbalanced than the score suggested.
With four minutes left in the game, he received a Gatorade bath and took the field as his players rushed onto the grass to celebrate their second Super Bowl title.
Speaking to Fox’s Tom Rinaldi, Sirianni expressed his emotions as he reflected on the victory. He said,
‘God’s blessed us very much. He gave us all the talents to be able get here, so first and foremost thanks to him,’ ‘This is the ultimate team game. You can’t be great without the greatness of others. Great performance by everybody. Offense, defense, special teams, [Eagles GM] Howie [Roseman] getting us the guys, our coaching staff, these great players. We didn’t really ever care about what anyone thought about how we won, or their opinions. All we want to do is win. That’s why we listen to my prerogative a little bit when after some wins. But, thank you God, thank you Jesus.’

At this moment, he saw his wife and his sons making their way over to them. The cameras parted, and he played a kiss on his wife, Brett.
Then, he hugged his oldest son, Jacob, and buried his face into his kid’s shoulder for a few seconds.
As he picked up his youngest son, Miles, he remarked, ‘Hero comes to the happy tears,‘ before helping Miles spell out ‘E-A-G-L-E-S, Eagles!’
The Eagles dominated every game phase from the start to the end. Sirianni’s victory in the Super Bowl, his first as a coach, granted him some revenge on the same Chiefs team that beat them in Super Bowl LVII two seasons ago.
