He was born on July 12, 1997, in Pennsylvania, United States, to David Cox and Lisa Cox.
Cox grew up in Pittsburgh, where he attended local schools and became known for his outgoing personality.
Ethan also played soccer for many years on youth teams and later played for his high school’s varsity squad. He has been interested in wrestling since childhood.
