Also, authorities charged Peppers with assault and violence against an intimate partner, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, strangling, and possession of cocaine.
He said they have video “and other” evidence which “sheds real doubt on the allegation,” per the report.
As per the documents, Peppers maintained his innocence at the alleged crime scene, claiming that the woman became ‘enraged with him when he refused to have unprotected s*x with her.’
