Torey Krug Throws Epic Body Check On Robert Thomas

Don't mess with the Bruins

Boston Bruins defender Torey Krug is known not to be the nicest guy on the ice but what he did to rookie Robert Thomas has certainly brought some memories back to many hockey veterans.

The Stanley Cup Final game 1 of the series was full of incredible plays, passes, goals, blocks, roughness, and blood. The most memorable moment of the game was certainly the old fashion no mercy body check from Torey Krug. Krug has lost his temper in the 3rd period after he got cowardly attacked from behind by Robert Thomas. Krug even lost his helmet in the incident and yet referees didn't seem to be interested in the incident. No wonder that that infuriated Krug who decided to take justice in his own hands.

Torey Krug threw an epic body check on Robert Thomas that left Thomas shook at best. Nobody was surprised when Krug got a 2-minute penalty for unnecessary roughness. See for yourself if Krug or Thomas should have been penalized...

Boston Bruins beat St. Louis  4-2 in the first game of the series. Let's see if the next game in Boston will bring more memorable moments.
