Frank Clark Uzi – Bad Combo for 1 Sentence
If you are a Kansas City Chiefs fan, three words you never want coexisting in the same sentence are “Frank Clark Uzi” but cheifs this week are dealing with just that reality. To be blunt, for the fans and the team, this blows.
Frank Clark Uzi – What We Know
In Los Angeles this past Sunday night Frank Clark was arrested by the L.A. Police Department after an Uzi was found in his Lamborghini during a traffice stop. Officers stated the weapon was sticking out of a duffel bag. After being booked on felony possession of a concealed firearm Clark is now out on a $35,000 bail.
Frank Clark Uzi – What We Didn’t Know
More bad news. It seems Cleark was arrested on gun chargers earlier, in March, by the California Highway Patrol this time. The Kansas City Star broke the story after his Sunday arrest detailing how a traffic stop resulted in the CHP finding a loaded handgun and a rifle. The going rate of $35,000 bond was also applied for this arrest.
Frank Clark Uzi – The Questions
Are you kidding me? Many don’t get it when a player jeopardizes their career through PED usage. However, one could argue (and they do) that most don’t get caught, and the PED’s help the player’s career. Not so with an Uzi. Having an Uzi is NEVER going to help your career. Never.
What is the scenario here? Practice is overrun by Steelers fans and Clark breaks out his Uzi and mows them down, saving the team from a fate worse than … ummm, errr. Ya got me. I tried hard. What was Frank Clark thinking when he decided to purchase an Uzi while under a current felony gun charge? He wasn’t. End of story. And quite possibly, facing two felonies, with a history of domestic violence, the end of Frank Clark’s NFL career.
