According to the NFL Network, the Cincinnati Bengals confirmed the obvious today with Ian Rappoport reporting the team will "work with Dalton to attempt to facilitate a trade when the time is right."
The time right being any moment they actually receive an offer.
The thing is Dalton is on the last year of his contract and it's for $17.7 million with zero guaranteed money. That means the team loses nothing by cutting him and they certainly don't want to pay him that much to hold a clipboard for a year.
Most of the league is more than willing to wait for when the team cuts the QB, most probably right after they draft his replacement. Furthermore, they probably don't want to pay him that much coin as well, either as a starting vet or a sage backup. Look for Dalton's home to be revealed soon after the draft.
