On Wednesday the Cleveland Browns announced that the Myles Garrett had been reinstated. This is fantastic news for the teams 2020 outlook.
Myles Garrett Reinstated
After the indefinite suspension handed down when Garrett went postal at the end of the Pittsburgh Steelers game last season, the league had not given a signal as to the length of the action.
By all accounts, Garrett took immediate responsibility for the blow-up and the resultant impact on the defense. He did have "his side" of the story, yet he also sat that aside and strongly stated it was still inexcusable. A much better stance than the story-waffling the Steelers QB offered.
What matters now is that both Garrett and Baker Mayfield step forth as leaders and producers on and off the field if the Browns are to make realistic changes to their culture.
