WR Mecole Hardman NFL Draft Profile - Georgia

Speed, speed and more speed. Will this help Mecole Hardman in the draft?

Mecole Henderson
WR
Georgia
Class Year: Junior
Height - 5'10" Weight - 183 lbs
Twitter: @MecoleHardman4

Strengths:

Hardman is an incredible athlete with speed to burn. He really knows how to stretch the field, causing problems for cornerbacks all through college. Plays best deep out of the slot position. He is a good blocker and has a good football IQ.

Weaknesses:

Due to his size, he sometimes gets overwhelmed by opponents. He is inconsistent with his timing and needs to work on a few little issues in his game.

Giphy:

Hardman scores a great touchdown after a solid catch.

Pro Comparison:

Brandin Cooks, but faster. A lot faster.

Overall Review:

He only caught 25 passes in his final season as a junior, due to Georgia’s run-heavy offense. He has elected to go into the draft, which may be a year too early. This kid is still developing but will catch the eye of nearly every NFL team. Expect him to go in the 2nd or 3rd round.
