The Vrabel couple welcomed their first child, a son, Tyler Vrabel, on June 24, 2000. He followed in his father Mike’s footsteps and became an NFL player.
Tyler, who played offensive tackle for the Atlanta Falcons, previously played college football at Boston College.
During his college career, in three seasons, Mike’s elder son was also named an honorable mention at the All-Atlantic Coast Conference.
In 2022, he was signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent, and in December 2023, he made his NFL debut against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

As of January 2025, Tyler has not disclosed what he has been doing since he retired from the NFL. On his latest update on social media, Tyler was on a vacation with his girlfriend, Mariah Romano.
