A long-term HS substitute teacher at Pottsville Area School District poured a heartfelt condolence through his Facebook handle. He wrote,
Great story on the passing of Blue Mountain softball coach Mike Rollman done by Bob Lipsky that appears today on our T102SportsNow.com website. Bob has covered Schuylkill League softball for roughly 30 years and is an entrenched member of the local softball community. It’s been a rough 36-48 hours for that community. Writing stories like this about people we’ve known for a long time, have a great relationship with and have great respect for are extremely tough to write. This wasn’t easy for him to put together today and he did an excellent job. Our prayers go out to Mike’s fiancee and his two kids, Lilly and Michael, and the rest of the Rollman family.
