Behind every great athlete is a story of support, sacrifice, and encouragement.
Scottie Scheffler, the world’s No. 1-ranked golfer and three-time major championship winner, has a support system that includes his parents and three remarkable sisters: Callie, Molly, and Sara Scheffler.
As Scottie continues to make headlines for his dominance on the PGA Tour, winning the Masters Tournament twice (2022 & 2024) and the 2025 PGA Championship, his sisters remain an integral part of the journey.
Callie Scheffler: The Big Sister, Former Golfer, And Caddie
The eldest of the Scheffler siblings, Callie Scheffler, carved her own path in the world of golf before her younger brother.
She played collegiate golf at Texas A&M University, where she honed her skills and passion for the sport.
In a special sibling moment, Callie once caddied for Scottie at the 2016 U.S. Open, where he competed as an amateur.
More recently, she was seen by his side during the Par-3 Contest, showcasing their shared love for the game and a deep sibling bond.
Callie is married to Andrew Paysse, a fellow golf enthusiast, and together they run a cooking and food-themed Instagram account called Schef Paysse, where they showcase their culinary creations.
In 2024, the Scheffler family had even more reason to celebrate.
Callie gave birth to her second child, a baby girl named Palmer Scott, just eight hours after Scottie and his wife, Meredith, welcomed their son, Bennett.
In an interview, she said,
“I was jealous that Sara and Molly got to meet Bennett before I did — in person, you know.”

Still recovering, she joined the celebration via FaceTime.
Molly Scheffler: The Coach And Storyteller
Molly Scheffler, the middle sister, blends her passion for sports with her knack for communication.
A Texas A&M graduate with a degree in Psychology, she currently works at the PGA TOUR as a Specialist in Impact Storytelling, after nearly two years as a coordinator in the same role.
Her job is crafting compelling narratives around the players and the events that define the sport.
Before her role at the PGA TOUR, Molly taught 7th-grade science and ELA at Success Academy Charter Schools in New York.
She also has coaching experience as a Highland Park High School college coach and once served as Director of the Aggie Golf Camp.
Despite her professional pursuits, Molly remains a dedicated sister and supporter who often attends Scottie’s tournaments and cheers from the sidelines.
Scottie even mentioned Molly in his Masters’ victory speech, underlining how instrumental she has been throughout his career.
Sara Scheffler: The Academic And NYC Food Blogger
Sara Scheffler, the youngest of the three sisters, is a mix of intellect, athleticism, and creativity.
A graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Finance and Sustainability, she also attended Wayne County Community College and played golf during her college years.
Today, Sara works as a technical recruiter at KYYBA Inc., a staffing and consulting company.
But her passions extend far beyond the corporate world as she is also a food blogger.
On her Instagram account @sara_in_thecity, she curates her adventures around New York City, sharing everything from fine dining to hidden local gems.
Sara’s versatile interests and strong educational background make her a dynamic member of the Scheffler family.
Like Callie and Molly, she’s frequently seen supporting Scottie at tournaments and remains closely connected with her siblings.
The Scheffler Family
Scottie Scheffler was born on June 21, 1996, in Ridgewood, New Jersey, and raised alongside his sisters by his parents, Scott and Diane Scheffler.
After the 9/11 attacks, the family relocated from Montvale, NJ, to Dallas, Texas, in search of safety and stability.
His father, a carpenter by trade, became a stay-at-home dad, helping nurture Scottie’s early interest in golf.
His mother, Diane, held executive roles at prestigious law firms in New York and Dallas, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer at Thompson & Knight.
The family gifted Scottie his first set of golf clubs at the age of three, and his love for the sport only grew stronger from there.
Throughout his rise to stardom, his sisters have remained a constant, sharing in his joy and helping shape the man behind the accolades.
As Scottie Scheffler continues to break records and etch his name in the history books of professional golf, the support of Callie, Molly, and Sara reminds us that behind every great athlete is a network of love, loyalty, and unshakable belief.
And for Scottie, that support has always been just a few steps behind him on the green.
