In an October 2022 episode of “The Breakfast Club,” La La Anthony opened up about her decision not to get married again.
She said marriage didn’t work for her. Over a year after her divorce from Carmelo Anthony, the actress shared her views on marriage during the interview.

The NBA star’s ex-wife said, “I’m never getting married again. It’s one of those things in life that I feel like I could check it off.”
La La added that marriage was something she had experienced and didn’t want to experience again.
She mentioned that she could have a great relationship without being married and acknowledged the good and bad times she had during her marriage.
La added that while marriage works for some, it wasn’t for her. She felt that marriage often turns into a business arrangement.
