Before Island Full Up, Devon was the Chief Operating Officer of FML Group. His time there, however, ended on complicated terms.

After joining the company in 2015 with an initial salary of $180,000, which later increased to $360,000 annually, his role came under scrutiny during a financial investigation.

Jones’ dad claimed he was wrongfully locked out of the company’s computer system, leading to his resignation and a legal battle.

Moreover, Deyvon sought over $1 million in damages, alleging constructive dismissal.

In a 2021 ruling, the court determined that he had not been formally terminated but had left his role.

However, following appeals, FML Group was ordered to pay him $120,000 in unpaid salary due to a breach of contract.

Today, Jones’ father continues to run Island Full Up Limited, focusing on his entrepreneurial ventures in the Bahamas.
