Dirk Nowitzki Brother Jonathan Nowitzki Filed A Lawsuit Against Mark Cuban

Dirk Nowitzki became a good friend of Mark Cuban for 19 years until his retirement. However, his brother sought a restraining order against Mark in June 2012.

Jonathan was humiliated by the minority owner of the Dallas Mavericks, Mark Cuban.

Although the lawsuit was in 2012, akafacehots’s recent tweet highlighted the issue on social media platforms in October 2024.

The issue occurred in Mark’s Preston Hollow mansion when Dirk and his brother visited him during game 5 of the NBA finals between the Heat and the Thunder.

They were watching the game in the entertainment room, but when Dirk went to the kitchen to get some nachos, Mark went to Jonathan and started kissing him on the neck.

Mark had 6 beers from the beginning of the game and was stumbling around.

He put his tongue in my ear, and put his hands down my pants. I jumped up humiliated and told him I’m not gay.
Then Cuban pointed at me with a Miller in his hand and said ‘You don’t deserve to be in this country’ and said ‘You people killed my family in Auchowitz [sic]’ and screamed at me ‘Youi Germans killed Jews’ and called me a Holocaust sympathizer and then threw a Miller Light at my head.

Jonathan Nowitzki’s document stated.

Moreover, Mark yelled at Jonathan drunkenly and said he didn’t belong in the United States like Barack Obama.

He also threatened him, warning if he told anyone about the incident, then he would cut his brother from the team, and he would be jobless. He told him he got all the money to hunt him down like a dog in Germany.

Jonathan was too scared to tell Drik what happened when he arrived at the entertainment room. Later, he sought a restraining order from the German Embassy in Washington.

However, the case was dismissed because Jonathan didn’t respond to the court’s orders.
