Beth Baalke Walked In Her Father’s Footsteps And Pursued Teaching
Beth Baalke, the daughter of Layne Paul Buckingham and Irene Buckingham, was born on May 7, 1965. Her parents raised her alongside her siblings, Stephanie, Layne Peter, Brice, Leslie, and Cresse Buckingham.
Sadly, among her five siblings, Cresse and Leslie have already passed away.
Layne Paul graduated from Plainview High School and worked as a firefighter in the US Air Force for four years. Later, he taught for over 30 years at Kenyon High School.
He taught industrial arts, maths, and driver’s education. Unfortunately, he died on January 3, 2016, at the age of 85.
Afterward, Beth began teaching at Thompson Valley High School and joined the School District of Tomahawk as a health teacher in 2018.
She was involved in the school’s affairs till 2023, but there isn’t any solid confirmation that she is still pursuing her teaching career.
Furthermore, Beth was a remarkable athlete during high school and college, winning several titles in basketball, softball, and volleyball. After graduation, she coached volleyball and basketball in different high schools until 2013.
