The decision to divorce came days before the 2024 PGA Championship. During the sporting event, Rory refused to discuss his divorce.
One month after the couple’s split made headlines, the athlete filed to dismiss the divorce. They rekindled their relationship and held their first public event at the U.S. Open tournament in June 2024.
Rory briefly addressed his divorce and reconciliation in season 3 of Netflix’s Full Swing.
