Kaleb Barth was an ice hockey player who attended State College Area School District in 2017. Later, he became a dedicated and hardworking individual at Galatic Ice.
His tragic demise has undoubtedly come as a shock to his family, friends, and colleagues, and it reminded others of how fragile life can be.
He was among the sweetest, polite, and most respectful kids anyone had ever met. Moreover, he was always helpful to others and would do anything for their loved ones.
His demise left so many people brokenhearted, and his community is still trying to come to grips with this whole situation.

Kaleb Barth’s Parents Mourn The Tragic Loss
Kaleb Barth, the eldest son of Shawn Barth and Misty Dickson, was born on January 4, 2001, in Altoona, Pennsylvania. He was the oldest of six siblings.
His parents had the worst two days due to his tragic demise. Although many people in the close circle tried to contact his parents, they couldn’t comprehend it and come to grips with it.
The Barth family requested that others understand that it was not on purpose if they couldn’t respond to messages immediately. They are still trying to come to grips with this whole situation.
Moreover, they pleaded with others to hug their kids and call them whether they are 4 or 24.
Shawn is a sports enthusiast, and Misty is a busy stay-at-home mom of six. On Thursday evening, they received the phone call about Kaleb’s demise, a call that every parent worries about getting from the day they become parents.
Misty requested others send her pictures of Kaleb if they had any. She asked them to leave their names when they sent them to her at 814-330-8301.
Kaleb’s grandmother, Karen Seal, thanked everyone for contacting their family. She also stated that many requested she start a fundraiser on GoFundMe, but Misty doesn’t want to.
I don’t know a whole lot of how it works, but If anyone wishes to send my daughter’s family a Venmo it is in the comments below. Kaleb is the oldest of 6 & if anyone is insistent on helping financially during this time of need I know it will be appreciated. Any additional funds will go to creating a acholarship fund in Kalebs name.

Life just isn’t fair at all…hug your kids tight because you never know when it may be the last…my son lost one of his best friends and my friend lost her healthy 24 year old son…24…life just is so cruel and unfair…I have no words and my heart is shattered… rest well Kaleb Barth aka “Mr Awesome”…you will be missed immensely by many.
