It has been almost five years since former Texas Longhorns running back Cedric Benson passed away on 17 August 2019.
The former star NFL player was involved in a motorcycle accident in Austin, Texas. He was 36 year-old.

Benson and a woman in her 30s died following a collision between their motorcycle and a minivan at 10:22 p.m.

The two other people involved in the crash declined medical treatment. Moreover, police said that Benson and the woman were riding down RM 2222 when a minivan pulled out on Mount Bonnell Road and hit them.
They believed speed and poor visibility were the main causes of the accident. The late athlete frequently shared pictures of his motorcycles on social media.
