A tragic accident in Piedmont claimed the lives of three individuals when their Tesla Cybertruck crashed. Among the victims was Soren Dixon, a Piedmont High School Boys’ Varsity Lacrosse team member.
Soren Dixon, 19, was a talented athlete from Piedmont, California, who played for the Boys’ Varsity Lacrosse and Soccer teams at Piedmont High School.

When officers arrived on the collision scene on 27 November, they discovered a single vehicle engulfed in flames.
Despite their attempts to extinguish the fire with available equipment, the flames were too intense to control.
The Piedmont Fire Department responded and successfully put out the fire.
Authorities suspect Soren Dixon, along with Jordan Miller and Jack Nelson, all both former Piedmont High graduates, may have been together at a social gathering before the crash.
Family And Friends Pour In Condolences And Prayers For The High School Athlete Soren Dixon
One of Soren Dixon’s friends, Bronson Boyle, shared that Dixon was one of the most incredible people he had ever known.
Boyle has honored the memory of Soren Dixon by marking his passing with “SD 11/27/24” in his Instagram bio.
He described Soren as the best roommate and friend he could have asked for. Bronson said he will never forget Soren when he sees a beautiful sunset and will miss the joy Soren brings him daily.
Similarly, Hayden Thomas Lim shared that Soren was a great friend and that he couldn’t imagine the future without him.
He also expressed his condolences, letting everyone know he was thinking of them during this challenging time.

The event will occur on Friday, 11/29, at Piedmont Park from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a flashlight, and at 5:00 p.m., everyone will turn their lights on to honor the memory of those lost.

Soren Dixon had been playing lacrosse since he was in second grade.
As a freshman, he was the leading scorer on the varsity team. Soren had a passion for sushi, and when he was not on the field, at school, or enjoying sushi, he liked to play spike ball, work out, and swim with friends.
He was excited to be a coach for Skyline Lacrosse because he longed to introduce the sport to new generations.
Soren used to play for Skyline until 8th grade, so coaching there felt like a full-circle moment for him.
He hoped to share the fun and excitement of lacrosse with young kids, just like Skyline did for him when he was starting.

- In the classroom, Soren excelled with a 4.46 GPA and was recognized as a Scholar Athlete on the President’s List and the Honor Society.
