As for child support, Tori revealed that Will only pays just $250 monthly. She even shared a screenshot from Venmo showing that he only paid her $750 for November, December, and January combined.
Moreover, Tori has revealed that Will would not even give her gas money when he got pissed. At one time, Will cut her off, and she had only $45 in her bank account.
Will was emotionally abusive and called their daughter “the biggest mistake ever.”
Many viewers on TikTok have shown their support towards Tori, encouraging her to find a new lawyer or assuring her that the struggle will be worth it.
Will Witherspoon Was Married To Rebecca Lynn Before Tying The Knot With Tori
Will Witherspoon was married to Rebecca Lynn, with whom he had three children. According to court documents, they officially divorced in 2016.
Another document identified as a Motion to Modify listed Will as the petitioner and Rebecca Lynn as the defendant.
Per the official judgment in July 2017, Will was ordered to pay Rebecca $5000 for child support.
That included $1500 per month in child support for three children, $1,280 for two, and $889 for one child.
In addition to monthly child support payments, effective June 1, 2018, he was ordered to cover medical and dental insurance and pay Supplemental Child Support.
