After filing for divorce, Kroy, who was released by the Buffalo Bills in 2016, claimed that Kim’s alleged gambling addiction was behind their money troubles.
He even told police during a visit to their home after a domestic dispute that Kim had reportedly lost $1.5 million gambling online “illegally” during their marriage.
Also, during a heated argument that led police to their Georgia home, one of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s children told officers that Kroy had been hitting Kim.
According to police reports from Milton and Alpharetta, when an officer asked Kroy about what sparked the fight on November 20, 2023, he responded that it didn’t matter, as nothing would happen, just like in the past.
He then became verbally combative with the officer.
