Kim Zolciak and her husband, Kroy Biermann, are saying goodbye to their multimillion-dollar mansion with the pending foreclosure auction of their Georgia home.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Trust Bank will auction their mansion on December 3, 2024.
The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” stars avoided a public auction last year when the Alpharetta property was in foreclosure, allegedly due to the couple defaulting on a $1.65 million loan they took out on the home in 2012.

They attempted to sell the home independently to prevent bank ownership but were unsuccessful.
Last week, two large moving trucks were spotted parked outside the home in the Atlanta-area suburbs ahead of the auction.
Recently, Kim and Kroy accuse each other of stealing and spying in new police body cam footage from their latest police interaction in Georgia, with cops telling them they can’t keep coming to keep the peace in their nasty divorce.
The police footage from the November 18, 2024, incident at the estranged couple’s mansion in Milton, where they were living together before their home went up for auction, has been made public.
In the video, Kim told police officers that she was at home trying to get her stuff and accused her husband, Kroy Biermann, of stealing her iPad and some security cameras.
Later, Kroy called her wife Kim a pathological liar and said Kim stole some of his stuff. The officers had to separate the former couple to try and keep things regular.
One police officer told Kim that they can’t keep responding to the home for divorce drama when it’s not an emergency.
Since the incident, they have moved out to their respective rental home, and their home hit the auction block.
Kim Zolciak Claimed Kroy Biermann Threw Her To The Ground During An Argument
Recently, Kim Zolciak revealed that she and Kroy had a heated exchange that turned physical in front of their kids.
According to a report from the Milton Police Department, authorities responded to a domestic violence call on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at the pair’s shared home in Georgia.
Kim alleged that she and Biermann argued while she was on a ladder, taking down curtains. She also claimed that Kroy got aggressive with her, and things went physical.
She said that the former football linebacker Koy physically removed her from the ladder and threw her to the ground.

According to law enforcement officers, Kim sustained injuries following the incident but refused to provide any evidence of a physical injury.
Two of their children, who were not named, spoke to authorities about the argument. One child said Kim fell from a ladder and on top of Kroy during the disagreement.
As per the child, Biermann initially removed the curtains, which upset Zolciak, who then decided to remove the curtains herself.
However, law enforcement could not determine the primary aggressor, and no arrests were made.
