According to the TMZ news reports, ex-Boston Celtics forward Glen Davis is facing a lawsuit from Pharmaceutical scientist Dr. Lyndsey White for selling her business idea.
Lyndsey White, a scientific consultant at Dr. White’s Formulation, claims Davis derailed multiple business ventures they embarked on together.
More importantly, the Big Baby Q (BBQ) sauce and a potential fragrance deal with Chris Brown.
According to the court documents filed in Los Angeles, Dr. White alleges that in April 2021, she and Davis agreed to create BBQ sauce.
Similarly, shortly after she loaned Glen $30K to venture into the marijuana industry, however, he never repaid the loan and used the cash on attorney’s fees.
She further claimed that the former NBA star sold the BBQ sauce and failed to compensate her for her contribution to the business.
Thus, Lyndsey is suing Davis for breach of contract, intentional misrepresentation, and other charges, seeking unspecified damages.
