David Morris Taylor III, better known as David Taylor, was born in Reno, Nevada, on December 5, 1990.
His parents, Dave Taylor and Kathy Taylor, welcomed David Taylor into the world and raised him.
Taylor’s father, a Delta Airlines pilot, competed in wrestling throughout high school.
According to Taylor, his father was his first trainer as a child, and he was encouraged to pursue a career in wrestling.
When traveling with Taylor, he frequently recorded his matches and noted how his son could improve.
Once they arrived home after the match, Taylor and his father exercised in the basement. His father went over the notes with him and taught him techniques.
He says the technique helped him learn more while correcting his mistakes.
