Her 2025 AUSL season impressed despite a hamstring injury at the start: she hit .500 (11 hits in 22 at‑bats), recorded a home run, and drove in 5 runs.
Even with limited playtime, she helped her team, the Talons, win the league’s first championship.
Softball Player Maya Brady has a Volleyball Player Sister, Hannah!
Born on June 1, 2001, Maya was not the only daughter of Maureen Brady and Brian Timmons.
Maya has a sister named Hannah, who was born on July 15, 2007.
Their mother Maureen Brady was a standout softball pitcher at college level (Fresno State Bulldogs), so athletic talent runs in their family.
Hannah and Maya were raised by their mother, Maureen, after their parents divorced around 2010.
Not just their mother, their uncle Tom was the American football star.
With most of the family members in sports, Maya and Hannah were also raised in a similar background, and both sisters followed their passion for sports.
While Maya rises to the top of the USA softball team, her younger sister Hannah plays volleyball. Her position is libero.
Hannah attended Oaks Christian High School in California, the same high school her sister attended.
During high school, she was a four‑year starting libero and set a school record for digs (over 1,207).
She helped her high school team reach CIF Southern Section finals twice, and her team won the Marmonte League title all four seasons.
After high school, Hannah committed to play college volleyball for the Michigan Wolverines in 2025.
As of the 2025 roster, she wears jersey number 14.
Following her commitment to Michigan, Hannah is now set to compete at the NCAA Division I level.
Having been involved in the sports field, both sisters seem to have a good bond and understanding for one another.
