Kristin graduated in biology from Duke University in 1998 and pursued higher studies at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
Before opening her clinic, she worked at Pacific Ocean Pediatrics from June 2006 to 2009, at Kiddox Medical Group from November 2009 to 2010, and at Coastal Kids from January 2010 to 2016.
She opened Kristin Pelinka, MD, based in Costa Mesa, California. Her medical passions include behavioral issues, international medicine, child development, special needs children, and volunteerism.
Similarly, she worked for several years at The Painted Turtle Camp, a camp for kids with life-threatening illnesses.
Her passion for science and math led her to become a doctor when she was only 11.
