Claudio is signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he is a member of the Death Riders and one-third of the AEW World Trios Champions.

Claudio Castagnoli Pulled Darby Allin With A Vertical Suplex, Leaving Him In Danger
On November 20, 2024, Claudia and Darby Allin had their first one-on-one matchup. The crowd was entirely behind Allin as Claudio escaped to the outside.
Claudio eventually entered and caught Darby off the corner, who quickly jumped back up and went for the pin before springboarding off the ropes with a body press.
Castagnoli went outside again, where Allin met him with a Coffin Drop attempt.
Claudio watched and rag-dolled him, sending him into the barricade before uppercutting him over it.
Claudio pulled Allin in with a vertical suplex, sending him back into the ring.
Later, Darby trapped Claudio in the ring skirt and took advantage, taking him out with a cannonball and sending them both crashing into the barricade.
Both the wrestlers headed back inside the ring, where Claudio stopped a Coffin Drop attempt by knocking Darby off the top rope and delivered an avalanche gut-wrench suplex for two.
Later, Claudio watched Draby off the ropes, but he came back with a Code Red for two. He attacked Darby in the corner before knocking him off the apron.
Claudio hit Allin with a Ginat Swing outside the ring, sending him into the ring steps before sending him to the announce table.
Castagnoli picked up Darby from the top of the table and slammed him into another table, leaving him motionless.
Referee Paul Turner started counting out Darby, but he could run inside the ring at the nine count, where he met with a lariat from Claudio for the pin and the win.
Following the brutal match, the rumors speculated on social media that Darby Allin had died. A reddit user came up with a post saying,
