Gionna Daddio, aka Liv Morgan, is a long-time fan of professional wrestling. As a child, she participated in backyard wrestling with her siblings and took pedigrees and powerbombs like it was her job.
She was a tomboy and pretended to be Lita when she came out in baggy pants and sneakers, wrestling the boys.
Liv was discovered at Joe DeFranco’s gym in 2014 and signed a contract with WWE, assigned to their developmental territory, NXT, in October 2014.
She used Marley as a ring name and worked as a jobber in her debut game against Eva Marie on November 4. However, she changed her ring name to Liv Morgan on December 2.
Afterward, she was moved to SmackDown as part of the Superstar Shake-up on April 16, 2019, but was drafted to the Raw brand as a part of the 2021 Draft.

Liv Morgan Was Arrested For Marijuana Possession
The WWE superstar Liv Morgan was out of action and recovering from her injuries last year when her arrest news surfaced online.
Authorities found less than 20 grams of marijuana and a vape pen containing an oil-like substance in her vehicle during a traffic stop in December 2023.

A Sumter County Sheriff’s officer observed her vehicle in and out of the lanes and immediately smelled the odor of marijuana when stopped.
They didn’t know she was into wrestling but confirmed after searching her vehicle. Later, she calls Bo Dallas and asks him to pick up the car and work on posting bail.
She was charged with possession of a synthetic cannabinoid, a third-degree felony, and a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession.
WWE has prohibited the use of Synthetic cannabinoids under the substance abuse and drug testing policy.
She admitted her first call was to the previous WWE Head of Talent Relations on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast. She stated that she was acquitted and not guilty.
The WWE superstar described how police officers warned her that her mugshot would go viral.
After posting a $3000 bond, she was released and addressed the incident, stating that she was unaware of the substance in her car.
Nonetheless, she is currently out of legal difficulties and focuses on her wrestling career, remaining prominent in WWE.
Liv Morgan And Dominik Mysterio Aren’t Dating In Real Life
Although WWE superstars Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio’s relationship is purely on-screen, their storylines have been a significant part of WWE.

The on-screen love birds have also displayed their love on social media. Dominik retweeted Liv’s tweet that mentioned “Thinking about u,” tagging him.
However, Liv is possibly single, whereas Dominik married his long-time girlfriend, Marie Juliette, on March 6, 2024.
She had previously dated a fellow professional wrestler, Eric Arndt, better known as Enzo Amore. She met him at the Hooters.
Enzo helped her to get in touch with a wrestling gym and WWE. However, their relationship ended when she accused him of cheating on her.
