According to police documents, Toney allegedly put his hand around a woman’s throat with enough force to make her unable to breathe.
This happened during a dispute between the two and reports claim that the woman even had red marks on her neck and petechial hemorrhaging in her eyes.

Further, when the victim attempted to make 911 calls, the NFL star allegedly took the woman’s phone to prevent her from dialing 911.
On January 15, warrants were issued for obstructing/harassing 911 calls and aggravated assault strangulation against Kadarius Toney.
Douglas County officials subsequently arrested him on February 6.
According to TMZ, his bail was set at $25,000, and Douglas County records indicate he was not in custody as of January 7.
