Waubonsie High School Soccer Player Bryce Reinhard Passed Away In Car Accident Leaves Behind His Parents In Illinois

Bryce was starting his career as a computer programmer but also ran a 3D printing business.

Bryce Stephen Reinhard has sadly lost his life in a car accident along with his long-time friend Wesley “Wes” Beitler.

Reinhard played soccer at Waubonsie Valley High School, from where he graduated in 2020.

Reinhard enjoyed doing anything outdoors, including playing soccer, hiking, and riding dirt, ATVs, mountain bikes, and jet skis.

Bryce Stephen Renhard Has Been Identified As The Victim Of Glenview Car Accident

Two victims of a Glenview car crash that killed three early Sunday morning have been identified as lifelong friends from Aurora. A third victim has yet to be identified.

Bryce Reinhard and Wesley “Wes” Beitler, both recent college graduates, were identified as the car crash victims who lost their lives near West Lake Avenue and Pfingsten Road in Glenview, Iowa, United States, on January 19, 2025.

Wesley was an athlete who went to college as a cross-country runner after breaking records in middle school and Waubonsie Valley High School.

Glenview police said police and firefighters responded to a single-vehicle crash on January 19 at 4:30 am and found a vehicle in flames with three people inside.

After putting out the fire, officials located the victims and pronounced all three dead on the scene.

As per the reports, they were driving to the north suburbs from Chicago on Saturday night to drop off a woman, the third victim.

According to Bryce’s family, visitation is scheduled from 1:00–5:00 pm on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home & Crematory.

A funeral service will occur at the same location on Monday, January 27, at 10:30 am.

Waubonsie High School Soccer Player Bryce Reinhard’s Parents Are Mourning The Loss Of Their Son

Bryce Reinhard, 22, was born on March 1002, in Naperville, Illinois, to his father, Jeremy Reinhard, and his mother, Heather (McNeil) Reinhard.

Following the recent accident, Bryce, his father Jeremy said,

“We think they were likely driving her home, or at least dropping her off at a friend’s or relative’s house,”

He said that the incident is still under investigation and that the exact cause of the crash is still unknown.

During one of the interviews, Jeremy said their car might have skidded off the road, lost control, and hit a tree. After some time, the car might have ignited and gone into flames.

Jeremy described his son as unique, able to troubleshoot and figure things out, and a huge family man.

Bryce had shared a close bond with his mother, Heather, whose personal details have not been revealed.

Moreover, his paternal grandparents, Stephen and Jacqueline (Hervey) Reinhard, and maternal grandparents, Carole (Czubek) McNeil and James McNeil, supported him.

On December 28024, his grandmother, Jacqueline Reinhard, congratulated him through Facebook for completing graduation.

Jacqueline is originally from Garden City, New York, and is a former executive director at SHARE Cancer Support.

According to the source, Bryce has a twin brother named Alex and a sister, Kaitlyn Reinhard, with whom he recently spent quality time in Saint Croix, US Virgin Islands.
