After hearing this idea, Denise agreed and introduced Peyton to the racquet sport. Peyton said it was an unpredictable turn of events in her life. She added,
“My mom surprisingly didn’t push UT on me during the commitment process but was very happy with my decision.”

Peyton Stearns Grew Up Playing Tennis With Her Brother, Preston Stearns
Peyton Stearns has one younger brother, Preston Stearns, 21, born in 2004.
Just like Peyton, Preston Stearns has also decided to pick up a racket to take the tennis route.
Follwing in his sister’s footsteps, he has been playing collegiate tennis for Ohio State University. He has also participated in several tournaments on the ITF junior circuit.
As a freshman at St. Xavier High School, Preston also won the doubles state title and finished in the semifinals at the Boys 18s clay court Nationals doubles tournament in 2021.
In 2022, Preston delivered some stellar performances to reach the championship game of the ITF junior events in Delray Beach and Santa Domingo.
